Who we are

We’re Greg and Rachel Hulse, and we own Neat Everyday Concierge together. We moved to La Quinta 6 years ago from Seattle, Washington.

After years in home health care, Greg Hulse saw a gap no one was addressing: seniors’ medical needs were covered, but their everyday needs often weren’t. Families—sometimes living states away—relied on Greg for simple check-ins or their loved ones, leaning on a stranger (Greg) for reassurance they were doing okay. Many seniors didn’t have anyone nearby to help with things as basic as a grocery run, a phone setup, a ride to an appointment, or even how to set up a FaceTime call with loved ones. Small but meaningful tasks were going unmet, and there were no reliable services, with personality and care, to fill the gap.

That’s what inspired Greg to create Neat Everyday Concierge—a non-medical concierge service designed to help seniors live more comfortably, confidently, and independently. Friendly, dependable, and genuinely caring, Greg has always believed in the power of lending a hand; he grew up caring for his grandmother every week and found real purpose in supporting her.

We been together for 17+ years, married for 10, and  welcomed our son Benny (also known as Squishy) into the world in April 2020. We enjoy endeavoring new house projects, exploring our new hometown of La Quinta, California and taking weekend trips to the coast (specifically Laguna Beach, which usually includes a stopover in Disneyland!).

We love to check out new local businesses in the Coachella Valley! Some of our favorites include Secret Poke at the farmers Markets, Olivier at El Paseo for the best olive oil, and Adobe at La Quinta resort for the best ambiance and enchiladas.
